1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement“) is a legal agreement between you and Great Computer Systems LLC (GCS), located at 5152 Main St. Skokie, IL 60045. By accessing or using the services and website of GCS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the GCS services or website.

2. Description of Services

GCS provides a variety of managed IT services, including but not limited to network management, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and technical support. These services are subject to change or termination by GCS at any time without notice.

Users of the GCS services and website must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the services or servers or networks connected to the services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the GCS website are owned by GCS or its licensors. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of GCS.

5. User-Generated Content

If the GCS website allows posting content, you are solely responsible for any content you post. GCS reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

6. Third-Party Links

The GCS website may contain links to third-party websites. GCS is not responsible for the content of these websites and the inclusion of these links does not imply endorsement by GCS.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GCS provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

GCS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims arising out of your use of the GCS services.

10. Modification and Termination of Services

GCS reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

11. Amendments to Terms

GCS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and GCS and governs your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and GCS.
